(October 2013) The EA Sports F1 series consists of six racing simulation games based on Formula One motorsport. The games were released annually between 2000 and 2003, stopped selling, then continued in 2006. They were developed by Image Space Incorporated (PC) and Visual Science (Console Versions). F1 Manager 2000. The game’s interface is both sleek and functional, as is the rule with most EA Sports titles. The 3D engine used during the races (which you can watch, but not directly participate in) isn’t quite as detailed as in a full blown simulator, but gets the job done. EA didn’t let a good license go to waste, so all of the tracks.

If I remember correctly you need a hex editor to change the team names, but the new name has to have the same number of characters as the existing one. So, if the team name is say, 'Benetton', and you want to change it to Lotus, you have to name it 'Lotus' or 'LotusGP' or whatever. On the flipside, if you want rename 'Prost' to Caterham, you'd need to shorten it.I could be wrong though, I haven't played around with F1M for aaaaages.GPGSL: S6 - TafuroGP Tester (14th) /// S7 - ART Tester (6th) /// S8 - Demon Driver (13th) /// S9 - Demon/Snake Driver (13th) /// S10 - Snake Driver (???) ///'My ambition is handicapped by laziness' - Charles Bukowski.
